Pursuant to Section 20 C.F.R. 656.10, you are hereby notified that an application for Alien Employment Certification has been filed by Takeda Pharmaceuticals LLC for the following job opportunity: JOB LOCATION: Lexington, MA POSITION: HFM Administrator POSITION DESCRIPTION: Takeda Pharmaceuticals LLC is seeking a HFM Administrator with the following duties: ensure HFM is fully available to support Group consolidation and management reporting; maintain metadata, rules, forms, FDM maintenance, Financial Reports, and perform ad-hoc development and updates where required; run monthly roll-forward process; ensure Takeda maximize value gained from HFM by identifying and delivering development opportunities; lead projects that co-ordinate user and IS activities; perform data extracts and transfers between HFM and the Hyperion Planning applications via SQL/FDM; access control and development of HFM security model; provide End User support (typically involving guidance on uploads during month end, clearing validation errors, running consolidations and translations and reporting); provide general advice and train to user base; maintain system documentation for MI internal procedure documents and current information for users; establish and lead key user forums; ensure support and development service that meets or exceeds existing SLA s; ensure development activity is compliant with change control procedures and is rigorously tested; ensure change procedures comply with SOX controls, where appropriate; ensure disaster recovery procedures giving site and server based resilience are in place and regularly tested; gather functional and technical requirements, design, build and test of HFM including related reporting and metadata applications; provide support in data reconciliation efforts and post-implementation support including troubleshooting of system and data related issues; conduct knowledge transfer and end user training; ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors in Finance, Accounting or related field plus 5 years related experience. Will accept any level of experience in the following required skills: gather functional and technical requirements, design, build and test of HFM including related reporting and metadata applications; provide support in data reconciliation efforts and post-implementation support including troubleshooting of system and data related issues; conduct knowledge transfer and end user training; ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables.
