We are seeking an experienced DMPK scientist to lead, conduct, and manage metabolism/ADME studies to support drug discovery and development programs. Experience with elucidation of catabolism and metabolism pathways of therapeutic proteins, peptides is highly desired. A thorough understanding and practical experience with LC-MS/MS, flow scintillation analysis, scintillation counting, human and preclinical ADME study needs and understanding of regulatory requirements for registration of pharmaceuticals are required. Both small and large molecule characterization experience is essential.
